• Responsibilities:

    • Undertaking the market to determine target customer organizations and key decision-makers
    • Contacting customers to present company capabilities and help them evaluate our solutions and manages the end-to-end sales cycle.
    • Responsible for the end-to-end deal lifecycle (Lead Generation, Leads identification, communicating value proposition, creating customer presentations and proposals, building, and nurturing client relationships)
    • Collaborate with internal teams to pursue and convert prospects and build a robust lead pipeline
    • Establish partnerships and drive channels sales
    • Assessing customers problem areas and requirements, having technical discussion with customers & preparation of techno-commercial proposal to meet the customer requirements
    • Ensure recurring business flow from existing customer accounts and performing key account management through commercial negotiation

    Required skills and experience:

    • At least 0-1 years of experience in IT sales (domestic/international)
    • Experience in selling IT services and/or packaged solutions like ERP, CRM, eCommerce solutions
    • Accountable person with a “Go-getter” attitude, who can work with minimal supervision
    • Effective Negotiation skills and proven sales record of successfully closing the deals
    • Ability to nurture and grow future business interests
    • Proposal writing, Communication, and Presentation skills
    • As this is a field job, the candidate should be open to travel to meet prospects, customers

    Eligibility:

    • A Bachelor’s degree preferably a BBA, B.com, and MBA (Finance & Marketing) or equivalent throughout first division with 0-1 years’ Experience in Sales.
    • Must have excellent analytical skills, presentation skills, and communication skills.
    • Must have consistently good academic records and consistency in educational/work background.
