Undertaking the market to determine target customer organizations and key decision-makers
Contacting customers to present company capabilities and help them evaluate our solutions and manages the end-to-end sales cycle.
Responsible for the end-to-end deal lifecycle (Lead Generation, Leads identification, communicating value proposition, creating customer presentations and proposals, building, and nurturing client relationships)
Collaborate with internal teams to pursue and convert prospects and build a robust lead pipeline
Establish partnerships and drive channels sales
Assessing customers problem areas and requirements, having technical discussion with customers & preparation of techno-commercial proposal to meet the customer requirements
Ensure recurring business flow from existing customer accounts and performing key account management through commercial negotiation
Required skills and experience:
At least 0-1 years of experience in IT sales (domestic/international)
Experience in selling IT services and/or packaged solutions like ERP, CRM, eCommerce solutions
Accountable person with a “Go-getter” attitude, who can work with minimal supervision
Effective Negotiation skills and proven sales record of successfully closing the deals
Ability to nurture and grow future business interests
Proposal writing, Communication, and Presentation skills
As this is a field job, the candidate should be open to travel to meet prospects, customers
Eligibility:
A Bachelor’s degree preferably a BBA, B.com, and MBA (Finance & Marketing) or equivalent throughout first division with 0-1 years’ Experience in Sales.
Must have excellent analytical skills, presentation skills, and communication skills.
Must have consistently good academic records and consistency in educational/work background.
