We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator to act as a bridge between the Marketing and Sales teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication, alignment of strategies, timely execution of campaigns, and accurate reporting to drive business growth.
· Act as the primary point of contact between the Sales and Marketing teams.
· Coordinate marketing campaigns and ensure sales team alignment with campaign objectives.
· Track leads generated by marketing and share with sales teams, ensuring timely follow-ups.
· Maintain and update sales & marketing trackers, dashboards, and reports.
· Support in planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives/events.
· Assist sales teams with marketing materials, presentations, and collaterals.
· Ensure proper documentation of client leads, campaign performance, and sales feedback.
· Follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
· Schedule and facilitate regular coordination meetings between sales and marketing.
· Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing leadership.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
· 4-5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing Coordination, Project Coordination, or similar roles.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
· Problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail.
