Job Requirements:

• Backend Technologies: Strong experience in Java/J2EE with frameworks like Spring (Core, REST, Batch, Security), Hibernate, and JDBC.
• Java IDEs: Proficiency in NetBeans, Eclipse, or STS.
• Build Tools: Hands-on experience with Maven, Ant, SVN, Github.
• Databases: Experience with MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or MongoDB.
• Frontend Technologies (Good to Have): Knowledge of Spring MVC, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JQuery.
• Other Technologies: Familiarity with Microservices, Restful Web Services (JSON, XML), Spring Scheduler, Spring Batch.
• Design Patterns: Strong understanding of Java/J2EE and Spring design patterns, and ability to design backend modules.
• Testing: Experience in writing self-unit tests and automation scripts.
• Team Skills: Ability to work well in a team, lead when required, and mentor junior developers.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop new features and provide bug fixes for existing projects.
• Document technical designs using tools like UML, Flowcharts, Class Diagrams, etc.
• Write optimized, scalable Java code adhering to best practices.
• Perform unit testing and automation for developed features.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues.
• Mentor junior team members when assigned.
• Work with Project Managers and Team Leads to ensure timely and quality deliveries.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree (preferably BE/BTech in CSE, MCA, or equivalent) with first division.
• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Technologies, and Team Handling.
• Skills: Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
